翻訳だと、

花を被った or 降り積もった状態をイメージしているのかな？
detailed だから、花でディテールアップしたみたいな状態なのか。
服だけでなく、眉や瞳にも影響があるみたいだな。
で、数値を大きくすると花で埋もれる。
